Step 1: Go to Bing Webmaster Tools then click on ‘Sign in’

Step 2: Sign in with any Hotmail account
Add Site To Bing Sitemap Verification Page:
Step 3: Type your web site address and click on ‘ADD’ then go to 'Bing verification page
Sitemap Submit To Bing:
Step 4: In sitemap place type the bellow codehttp://help2blogging.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
Change http://help2blogging.blogspot.com with your web site address then click on ‘ADD’ to go Bing verification page
Meta Tag For Bing Sitemap Verification:
Step 5: Copy this meta tag for verification (not exit this page)
